All high school students and their parents who are interested in learning about our healthcare programs are invited to Cedarville’s Healthcare Exploration Day! This day is designed for students who are interested in healthcare, but are not sure which field within healthcare will best fit their giftings and abilities. During your visit, you will be able to pick 2 of our programs to survey, hear from current Cedarville faculty, and experience our state-of-the-art facilities up close. During your visit with us you have the option to enjoy a complimentary lunch at either our dining hall or our on-campus Chick-Fil-A. Your meal tickets will be provided to you at check-in based on your selection below.

Overnight Housing & Airport Transportation

Are you interested in receiving airport transportation and/or overnight housing during your visit?

Yes

Our student drivers and hosts are excited to serve you! To ensure that you receive the best experience possible, all requests for airport transportation or overnight housing must be placed two weeks in advance of your visit date.

Overnight Housing Details:

The Admissions Office is happy to coordinate an overnight stay in a residence hall with a student host provided by our office. If you are arranging your own overnight housing with a current student that you know, you can select "no" to the above Overnight Housing question and make these arrangements on your own. This portion of the visit registration is only necessary for those who prefer for the Admissions Office to arrange their Overnight experience.
There is a $40 overnight housing fee required per student, per night.
Prospective students may stay a maximum of 2 nights on campus.
Prospective students must be between 14 and 25 years of age to stay overnight in a residence hall.
Rooms often do not have extra beds. Please come prepared to sleep on the floor. We recommend bringing a sleeping bag for your stay.

Airport Transportation Details:

We provide transportation for prospective students traveling without a parent or guardian.
Airport transportation is arranged per request and is available for flights arriving or departing between 9 AM and midnight to and from the Dayton or Columbus airports. If you find a flight outside of these times, please contact us. The cost of transportation is determined by the airport location.
When arranging travel dates, please note that visiting students may only spend a maximum of two nights on campus.
